Student Residence Rules Quiz

Students can reserve a single room in the residence without any limitations.

Annexes in some residences are part of the main buildings where students are allocated rooms.

If a reserved place in the residence is not taken up on the opening day, the reservation levy is refunded to the student.

Students receive their room numbers and keys before completing the 'Proof of Occupation' form upon arrival at the residence.

The 'Room Check-in' form must be completed within 48 hours after the room has been inspected.

The 'Room Check-in' form should be handed in at the office of the Building Coordinator.

The Coordinator: Residence Facilities must inspect and sign off the room before students can occupy it.

In case of a discrepancy regarding the room, students will be contacted by the Building Coordinator.

Room allocation takes place after students report to the residence at the beginning of the year.

If students do not take up their reserved place on the opening day, their reservation is kept valid for a further week.
