- Organizations/students with after-hours access cannot use conference rooms without SAC approval.

Signature Card Procedures
- A new signature card can be created in STUACT Online and must replace the existing one.
- Required signatures on SOFC card: Advisor, Chief Student Leader, and Treasurer (at minimum).
- Other writing on SOFC cards is prohibited.
Recognition Status
- Organizations not recognized or on restricted status lose various privileges, such as:
- Use of SOFC
- University logo usage
- Participation in MSC Open House
- Free room reservations
- Access to special funding and free website/email addresses
Consequences of Missing Deadlines
- Failure to complete recognition process by the deadline results in restricted status; organizations cannot operate until processed.
Constitution Changes
- Revised constitutions must be submitted online for review after recognition.
Academic Requirements for Leadership
- Student leaders must maintain a minimum cumulative and semester GPR of 2.0 to hold office. Appeals may be possible under extenuating circumstances.
Recognition Cycle
- All recognition requirements must be complete by the end of the 40-day recognition cycle.
Advisor Changes
- New advisors must complete advisor training seminar.
- Old advisors can sign until new advisor completes requirements; financial transactions can be handled at SOFC if needed.
