Sponsorship is when a business pays for their products to be publicly displayed or advertised in an attempt to increase the sales of their goods. It is a form of exchangement, the provision of money for advertisement. Examples include Lidl sponsoring the LGFA, Coca Cola sponsoring the Olympic Games & Rolex sponsoring golf.
