- Actions: A quick report of company actions. Include examples like primary search, fire attack (e.g., second floor), opening up fire area, or stretching backup lines.
- Needs: Informs the Incident Commander and other companies of the resources required. Examples of questions to ask: extra companies needed? sufficient resources? additional tools/equipment?
