Communication Guidelines
- Social media is for sharing content and highlighting the incredible work done inside the gym by its members, and is encouraged at any time.
Preferred Medium of Communication
- The preferred medium of communication is the App messaging system.
- The app messaging system is checked prior to 6am, at 11am, and 3pm.
App Messaging Guidelines
- ASSURE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS IS SWITCHED ON.
- Head to the top left-hand side of the mobile app and click on the 3 lines to access the messaging system.
- Click the message icon and message the business.
- Your messages are sent to all of the coaches' profiles and you will be notified WHO replies.
Mobile Guidelines
- The mobile number for immediate messaging is 0492 850 074.
- Mobile is an immediate messaging source that allows for quick response to your needs in a timely fashion.
- Note: Staff are in the gym between 6am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
Confidential Communication
- Email ([email protected]) is for confidential matters such as feedback, billing, personal information, concerns, and questions.
- Only management have access to the email accounts.
Management Communication
- Email ([email protected]) is for direct communication with the management/business owner.
Document Sharing
- Email ([email protected]) is for sharing documents from a third-party source (e.g., allied health professionals).
Referrals
- Referrals are appreciated and the business strives to deliver the same high-quality service to all members, new, past, and present.
Communication Guidelines at CCSC
- App messaging is the preferred method of communication, intended for discussing training, illness, availability, concerns, and booking times with coaches.
- App messaging is checked at 6am, 11am, and 3pm, and messages are sent to all coaches' profiles.
Alternative Communication Methods
- Mobile: 0492 850 074 is the immediate messaging source, used for quick responses during business hours (6am-7pm, Monday-Friday).
- Social Media: @CC_Strength_Conditioning is used for sharing content and highlighting member achievements, but is not checked as frequently as other methods.
Best Practices for Communication
- Use the app for cancelling or re-booking appointments, as well as for discussing injuries or illnesses that may affect training sessions.
- Phone or email for non-urgent matters, such as requesting additional membership or sharing confidential information.
- Email [email protected] for management-related concerns, document sharing, or referrals.
- Social media is not recommended for urgent or confidential matters.
