    Preferred Medium of Communication

    • The preferred medium of communication is the App messaging system.
    • The app messaging system is checked prior to 6am, at 11am, and 3pm.

    App Messaging Guidelines

    • ASSURE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS IS SWITCHED ON.
    • Head to the top left-hand side of the mobile app and click on the 3 lines to access the messaging system.
    • Click the message icon and message the business.
    • Your messages are sent to all of the coaches' profiles and you will be notified WHO replies.

    Mobile Guidelines

    • The mobile number for immediate messaging is 0492 850 074.
    • Mobile is an immediate messaging source that allows for quick response to your needs in a timely fashion.
    • Note: Staff are in the gym between 6am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
