Self-Awareness Workbook

- Focuses on self-awareness, examining behaviors and their impact.
- Includes exercises to identify personal values, passions, aspirations, fit, patterns, reactions, and impact on others.
Activities and Exercises
- Identify a person who lacks self-awareness and describe the behaviors and their impact on others.
- Identify a "self-awareness unicorn" and describe the behaviors and their impact on others.
- Define self-awareness.
- Identify the Seven Pillars of Insight: Values, Passions, Aspirations, Fit, Patterns, Reactions, and Impact, highlighting areas for focus.
- Assess key values and their impact on your current life.
