    • The Seminole Tribe of Florida will continue to pay for private school scholarships for approved students for the duration of the academic year, even if their GPA falls below 2.5.

Private School "Tuition Freeze" / Re-Enrollment Fees

    • The Center for Student Success and Services will submit payment or reimburse the cost of tuition freeze/placement hold if the parent/guardian communicates intent to prepay, submits the private school scholarship application by January 31st, and the student is in good standing and pre-approved for the scholarship.
    • The parent must submit the valid 'Paid' invoice/receipt to the Center for Student Success and Services within ten business days.

    Private School Remedial Programs

    • Placement in a private school academic remedial or alternative program requires a preliminary and follow-up meeting with the K-12 Advisor, parent, and school representative, resulting in a plan of action with an exit strategy, prior to program payment.

    Student Travel Procedures

    • The K-12 Advisor must receive the completed Travel packet, including the Parent Agreement and Student Travel Guidelines, from the student or parent by the established deadline.
    • The student's attendance and GPA will be reviewed to confirm eligibility for the trip.
