Learner's License Restrictions
- Must always drive with a licensed driver, age 21 or older, sitting in the closest seat to the right.
- Driving is only allowed during daylight hours for the first three months after earning the learner's license.
- After three months, driving is allowed until 10 PM.
- Requires at least 50 hours of driving experience prior to getting a driver license, including 10 hours of night driving.
Driver License Restrictions (Age 16)
- Prohibited from driving between 11 PM to 6 AM unless driving to or from work or accompanied by a licensed driver, age 21 or older.
