Seção VIII: Da Reversão
- Reversão refers to the return to activity of a retired civil servant due to disability
- It occurs when an official board declares the reasons for retirement unfounded
- Reversion can occur upon request or ex officio in the same position or in the position resulting from its transformation
- If the position is filled, the civil servant will perform their duties as an excess employee until a vacancy occurs
- A retiree who has completed 70 years of age is not allowed to revert

- Reintegration refers to the reinvestiture of a tenured civil servant in the position they previously held
- It includes reimbursement of all benefits due to administrative or judicial decision
