Return-to-Work from a Medical Aid Injury/Illness
- Employee is responsible for returning the completed Return-to-Work Form to their immediate Supervisor before the next scheduled shift.
- The TFS Medical Office reviews the Return-to-Work Form to determine if any accommodation is necessary.
- If no accommodation is required, the employee returns to their regular duties.
- If accommodation is required, the TFS Medical Office assigns alternate duties.
