Subscription Process for Green Electricity Tariff (GET)

- Status can be viewed through the ‘Apply’ tab by entering the Application Number or Service Request Number.
Application Details
- Once submitted, application status is visible and detailed.
- Users can scroll down to view application details and download the Green Electricity Tariff Agreement.
Managing Application
- Access the ‘Manage Account’ tab for viewing agreements and welcome notes.
- Welcome notes are sent to the customer's email after selection in the manage account section.
GET 2024 Subscription

Steps to Subscribe to GET
- Start by clicking ‘Apply’ on the myTNB main menu.
- Navigate through options to specifically find the Green Electricity Tariff section.
- Fill in contract account details and ensure accuracy.
- Input subscription quota based on historical consumption; residential accounts are in blocks of 100kWh, while non-residential accounts are in blocks of 1000kWh.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Declaration Clause before submitting the application.
After Submission
- Submitting the GET application completes the process, and users can thereafter manage subscriptions through their account.
