- The exam questions are based on course literature, lectures, and seminars.
Exam Structure
- The exam includes fifteen multiple-choice questions, each worth 1 mark.
- The exam also includes six essay questions, each worth 7 marks, but only five need to be answered.
- Instructions should be read carefully before answering each section.
Answering and Submission
- Answers must be written in Inspera.
- Loose papers are allowed for draft notes but cannot be submitted.
- The exam is conducted using Safe Exam Browser, a lockdown browser that restricts access to only the exam in Inspera.
- Navigation is possible using arrow buttons or numbers at the bottom of the browser window.
- The spell checker settings can be adjusted.
- Basic drawings can be created using the pen icon in the text editor's toolbar.
- Essay questions require an initial "Yes" click to enable editing.
- Only five essay questions can be selected and answered.
- Exam submission is allowed one time only.
- The remaining time is visible in the upper left corner of the browser window.
- An invigilator must check your ID before you click "Submit now" on the last page.
- After submitting, click "Quit Safe Exam Browser".
- A blank submission option is available via the icon with three horizontal lines and "Submit blank".
Grading Criteria
- Grade 3 requires 60 percent.
- Grade 4 requires 75 percent.
- Grade 5 requires 90 percent.
