Raw Bar Offerings

Jumbo shrimp cocktail features 3 U-8 shrimp, poached and served with homemade cocktail sauce made of roasted tomatoes, horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce, including a lemon wedge. Gluten-free (GF).
Crab cocktail includes 4 ounces of colossal crab meat, paired with classic cocktail sauce and Old Bay mayo, served with a lemon wedge (GF).
Lobster cocktail is a 1 1/4 pound steamed lobster, served with 2 cracked claws and a split tail in the shell, accompanied by a lemon wedge and classic cocktail sauce (GF).

Appetizers

Onion soup gratinee consists of slow-cooked caramelized Spanish onions deglazed with sherry wine, combined with onion stock, topped with a crouton and a three-cheese blend (gruyere, comte, emmenthal). Finished under the salamander for a golden brown crust.

Point grade calamari consists of 8 oz. of fresh calamari rings and tentacles, soaked in milk, dusted in spicy cornmeal flour, fried, and served with sriracha mayo (cannot be grilled).
Maryland style colossal crab cake is a 4 oz. crab patty, pan-fried golden brown with Old Bay seasoning, served with a mango slaw and jalapeno-cilantro mayo.
Kobe meatballs are made from American Wagyu beef, mixed with eggs, bread, ricotta, parmesan, and herbs, then baked and served with tomato sauce and seasoned ricotta cheese.
Kobe beef sliders feature two 2 oz. Wagyu beef burgers grilled, topped with caramelized onions, melted fontina cheese, and truffle aioli.
Grilled Spanish octopus salad includes slow-simmered octopus charred and served over Israeli couscous salad, baby arugula, and arugula pesto.
Crispy fried rock shrimp consists of 4 oz. of Florida rock shrimp, seasoned and fried, tossed with sriracha mayonnaise, and topped with pickled red onions.

Salads

Simple salad combines mixed baby greens, shaved carrots, fennel, and cherry tomatoes, dressed with champagne vinaigrette (GF).
The wedge features 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce topped with chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, crumbled blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing (GF).
Rails chop chop salad includes baby arugula, blanched green beans, poached shrimp, cucumber, feta cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and spicy almonds dressed in champagne vinaigrette.
Caesar salad consists of chopped romaine hearts, grated Grana Padano cheese, garlic croutons, and house-made dressing.
