RA 10372 Amendments: IPO Organizational Structure

The Intellectual Property Office shall promulgate the rules and regulations within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act.

Section 28 of the Republic Act No. 8293 is hereby renumbered as Section 230.

All laws, decrees, executive orders, issuances or regulations inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

The National Book Development Board is one of the agencies consulted in the promulgation of the rules and regulations.

The Implementing Rules and Regulations shall be promulgated by the Supreme Court Library.

This Act shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

The Intellectual Property Office shall promulgate the rules and regulations alone.

If any part of this Act is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the entire Act shall be repealed.

The rules and regulations shall be promulgated within one hundred eighty (180) days from the effectivity of this Act.

The National Library is one of the agencies consulted in the promulgation of the rules and regulations.
