    • From 2011 to 2019, he took about 150 hours of additional training, in eight- and sixteen-hour increments, in various fields, including drug enforcement and drug detection.
    • In 2012 he began working in the Special Investigations Division in the Narcotics Unit as a Narcotics Detective.
    • In 2015 he was promoted to the head of the Narcotics unit, and he actually approved Jordan Carmichael's transfer to Narcotics in 2016, where he was Carmichael's direct superior.
    • While working at CCPD, he also taught at the CCPD Police Academy on subjects including entry level training in identification of controlled dangerous substances and the dangers of fentanyl ingestion.
    • In July of 2020, he left the police force to start a private consulting business, Casey Industries.
    • Casey Industries specializes in reviewing police investigations to look for potential errors or improper conduct.
