  • A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) é uma instituição de caráter civil, uniformizada, armada, com regime especial de hierarquia e disciplina.
  • Tem como função a proteção municipal preventiva, destinada à preservação de bens de uso comum, uso especial e dominiais, serviços e instalações.

Estrutura Orgânica

  • A GCM tem a seguinte estrutura orgânica:
    • Assessoria Institucional
    • Núcleo de Assessoramento
    • Diretoria Operacional
    • Corregedoria
    • Ouvidoria

Assessoria Institucional

  • Tem como finalidade prestar auxílio ao Presidente da GCM.
  • Compete-lhe:
    • Organizar e manter atualizada a agenda do Presidente
    • Distribuir tarefas a seus auxiliares
    • Recepcionar visitantes e manter contatos de interesse do Presidente

Núcleo de Assessoramento

  • Tem como finalidade prestar assessoramento direto, em assuntos administrativos, ao Presidente.
  • Compete-lhe:
    • Prestar assessoramento administrativo e institucional ao Presidente
    • Realizar e/ou acompanhar atividades delegadas pelo Presidente

Direção Operacional

  • Tem como atribuições:
    • Assessorar o Presidente nos assuntos técnicos
    • Representar, ativa e passivamente, em juízo ou fora dele, a GCM
    • Assinar acordos, convênios e contratos mediante autorização expressa do Presidente

Corregedoria

  • Constitui-se em órgão permanente, autônomo e independente.
  • Tem como finalidade apurar as infrações disciplinares atribuídas aos servidores integrantes do quadro funcional da GCM.
  • Compete-lhe:
    • Apurar as infrações disciplinares atribuídas aos servidores
    • Realizar visitas de inspeção e correições extraordinárias em qualquer unidade da GCM
