    Quarterly Vehicle Mileage Report

    • The Quarterly Vehicle Mileage Report (BSO A#20a) must be submitted to the Payroll department within ten days following the end of each quarter.
    • Failure to submit the required form may result in suspension or removal from the Take-Home Vehicle Program and/or possible IRS consequences.

    BSO Vehicle Replacement and Inspections

    • BSO vehicles will be replaced based on time, mileage, serviceability, and maintenance expense history established by the Fleet Division.
    • Employees must ensure prompt delivery of their BSO vehicles to the Fleet Division when notified about replacement.

    Passenger Transportation
