Apps & Shareables

• Bacon Cheeseburger Rolls are wontons, bacon, ground beef, smoked cheddar, onion and QBs burger sauce
• Cheese Nacho contains corn tortillas with cheddar-mozzarella blend, diced tomato, green onion, and jalapeno topped with cilantro and sour cream, and is served with salsa with additions available for chili, chicken, steak or guacamole
• Buffalo Chicken Nachos contains corn tortillas with cheddar-mozzarella blend, chicken fingers, diced tomato, jalapeno and green onion topped with cilantro and sour cream, and is served with salsa
• Braised Beef Nacho contains corn tortillas with braised beef, cheddar-mozzarella blend, diced tomato, green onion and jalapeno, topped with cilantro and sour cream, and served with salsa
• Buffalo Cauliflower is battered and fried, drizzled with Frank's hot sauce and blue cheese dip, and garnished with dusted banana peppers and chopped green onion
• Homemade Pizza Rolls contain wontons, pepperoni, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce
• Cheesy Garlic Bread is crusty bread generously brushed with garlic butter, then melted with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar and served with a side of zesty marinara for dipping
• Crispy Calamari constitutes squid and banana peppers dusted with house seasoned flour served with a spicy mayo dip
• Homemade French Onion Soup includes garlic croutons, Swiss cheese, and onion straws
• Antijitos include Grilled chicken, cream cheese, jalapeno and red pepper wrapped in a flour tortilla with house-made salsa and sour cream
• Bruschetta is Texas toast topped with bruschetta mix, feta, lemon garlic aioli and balsamic drizzle
• Spinach Dip merges cream cheese, spinach, artichoke, blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bread bowl, and is served with nacho chips or pitas
• Homemade Meatballs are baked in marinara with melted mozzarella and garlic toast
• Buffalo Chicken Dip includes a spicy blend of chicken, cheeses, zesty ranch, and Frank's Hot Sauce, and is served with crispy pita triangles

Sandwiches, Taco's & Wraps

• All sandwiches, tacos and wraps are served with hand-cut fries, with substitutions available for caesar or garden salad, poutine, onion rings or sweet potato fries, and a GF bun
• Buffalo Chicken Wrap contains fried chicken, tomato, lettuce, red onion, mayo and wing sauce in a tortilla
• Schnitzel on a Bun contains schnitzel, marinara, mozzarella, sautéed mushroom and onion on a roll
• Brisket Sandwich is braised beef brisket sandwich, smoked cheddar and horseradish mayo on a soft toasted roll
• Steak Sandwich is New York sirloin with Montreal steak spice, jalapeno jack cheese, sautéed mushroom, onion straws, and horseradish mayo on a toasted roll
• Beef Dip consists of beef, onion straws and horseradish mayo on a toasted roll with au jus
• Fried Fish Taco contains S&V Haddock, guacamole, lemon aioli, pico, lettuce and tortilla strips in flour tortillas
• Fried Chicken Taco has fried chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, chipotle-ranch, lettuce, pico and tortilla strips in flour tortillas
• Grilled Pita Club is made up of Blackened chicken, bacon, jalapeno jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on a grilled pita
• Classic Chicken Club Wrap contains chicken breast, jalapeno jack cheese, bacon, mayo, lettuce and tomato in a tortilla
• Fried Chicken Sandwich contains fried chicken, jalapeno jack cheese, bacon, chipotle ranch, lettuce, tomato and onion on a fresh bun

Wings

• Breaded Chicken Wings are breaded and fried (7-8 wings per pound) in your choice of sauce, and are garnished with carrots and celery
• Traditional Chicken Wings are baked or traditional (7-8 wings per pound) in your choice of sauce, and are garnished with carrots and celery
• Wing Sauces (Hottest to Mildest) include: Insane/Suicide/Extreme Blue/Hot/QB Butter/Thai/Caribbean Jerk/DA PARKY/Honey Hot / Cajun (Dry Rub)/Medium/Smoked Whiskey/Salt & Pepper (Dry Rub)/Mild/Lemon Seasoning/Honey Garlic, with the exception of The Smoked Whiskey / Honey Hot / Honey Garlic/Da Parky, all wing sauces are (GF)

Burgers

• All burgers are served with hand-cut fries with substitutions available for caesar or garden salad, poutine, onion rings or sweet potato fries and a GF bun
• World Class Burger is made up of chuck burger, bacon, sautéed onion, mushroom, smoked white cheddar, QB sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on a toasted bun
• Classic Cheeseburger is made up of chuck burger, cheese, QB sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle on a toasted bun
• Whiskey BBQ Bacon Burger has chuck burger with smoked white cheddar, bacon, Crown Royal BBQ sauce, onion straws, QB sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle on a bun
• Burger Garden Malibu Sliders consist of 2 vegan burgers made of organic whole grains (brown rice & rolled oates), organic corn, carrots, onions, green peppers and perfectly seasoned with organic spices with the option to add cheese
• Voodoo Burger is a blend of flavours featuring a blackened patty, jack cheese, and a crispy onion ring, topped with zesty jalapeños, housemade pico de gallo, and spicy mayo, and is served on a fresh kaiser bun with lettuce, tomato and onion

• Blackened Chicken Salad is served on romaine and veggies with feta with balsamic dressing
• QBS Garden Salad includes Romaine, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers shredded parmesan, peperoncini and croutons with maple vinaigrette dressing, with the option to add chicken or steak
• QBS Caesar Salad includes Romaine, gourmet caesar dressing, bacon, parmesan cheese and croutons, with the option to add chicken or steak

Mains

• Chicken Mozzarella is chicken breast in house prepared breading topped with housemade marinara and melted mozzarella atop of spaghetti, and is served with garlic bread
• Savoury Blackened Mac N Cheese features Macaroni pasta mixed with a homemade cheese sauce and blackened chicken, diced tomato and green onion, and is served with garlic bread
• Chicken Fingers are made to order and tossed in your choice of sauce, and are served with fries
• Perogies are filled with creamy potatoes and cheese, topped with bacon, sautéed onion and melted cheese, and are served with a garden or caesar salad
• Miss Vickies Salt & Vinegar Fish & Chips is Haddock dusted in Miss Vickie's S&V chips served with fries, tartar and lemon slice
• Spaghetti And Meatballs are served with marinara sauce. Three house-made meatballs topped with melted cheddar and mozzarella served with garlic bread
• Shepherds Pie is housemade with seasoned ground beef, vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes, topped with cheese baked to perfection, and is served with a caesar or garden salad
• Yagerschnitzel is pork cutlet lightly breaded topped with mushroom demi glaze and onion straws atop of mashed potatoes
• Spicy Beer Chicken Penne is grilled chicken breast, penne and spicy beer cream sauce, and is served with garlic bread
