    Vocabulary List

    • Approximately 800 Japanese vocabulary words are tested in the JLPT N5
    • Words are divided into three categories:
      • Joyo kanji (): 80 kanji characters, including basic kanji and compounds
      • Non-Joyo kanji (): 10-15 kanji characters that are not Joyo but are commonly used
