Type A vs Type B Personalities
- Type A personalities are competitive, self-motivated, and hard-working. They are often stressed about deadlines and work, and can be easily angered.
- Type B personalities are more relaxed and work at a steady pace. While not as focused on immediacy, B types are also capable workers and are generally good communicators.
Big 5 Personality Traits
- Extroversion: Outgoing and social. Introversion is the opposite.
- Agreeableness: Trusting and avoids conflict. Antagonism is the opposite.
- Conscientiousness: Responsible and competitive. Lack of direction is the opposite.
- Emotional Stability: Doesn't get too emotional. Neuroticism is the opposite.
