Creating the Project HR Requirements
- Project team members need to be brought into the project in order to complete required activities once project plans are created.
- A Project Manager should know where to acquire team members from, and advantages / disadvantages of each.
- With the Project Schedule, the types and timing of required human resources is determined
- Projects acquire human resources needed through a Resource Manager, and HR needs are documented in a Project HR Requirements document.
