Project Proposal Points to Note

  • All sections of the project proposal must be completed.
  • The proposal can be written in either Chinese or English, except for Part A.
  • The proposal can be in point form, but must not exceed 25 pages (excluding the Appendix). Pages include images and figures.
  • Font size must be at least 11 points.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Part B must align with the Key Milestones and Activities in Part C. Use example in both parts.
  • KPIs and Key Milestones in Parts B and C must align with the Implementation Plan (Future Six Years) in Part D4 (II).
  • Part A must be signed by the individual applicant (for applications under $300,000) or the Key Management of the company/organization.
  • If the collaboration status in Part D4 (V) is "Collaboration Confirmed", provide a signed Appendix: Declaration and Consent, for each collaborator.
  • Provide a signed Appendix: Declaration and Consent for each advisor in Part D6 (II).
