Accreditation and Registration
- Other entities or organizations can become CPD providers upon accreditation by the Board.

Prohibition in the Practice of Architecture
- It is unlawful for any person or firm to seek to avoid the provisions of this Act by having a representative or employee seek architectural work in their behalf.
- Liability of representatives of non-registered persons is applicable.
Integration of the Architecture Profession
- The architecture profession shall be integrated into one national organization accredited by the Board.
- The integrated and accredited professional organization shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations, Code of Ethical Conduct, and Standards of Professional Practice.
Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Board shall adopt and promulgate implementing rules and regulations within 60 days after the effectivity of this Act.
- The Chairperson of the Professional Regulation Commission shall include the implementation of this Act in the Commission programs.
Professional Fees and Responsibilities
- A client shall pay the architect at a 2% interest rate per month if payment is delayed beyond 30 days from receipt of billing.
- The architect is responsible for the building/structure he designed for 10 years under the Civil Code.
- The Project Manager is responsible for hiring the Construction Manager if hired by the owner.
