Electronic Attachments Approval
- Attachments submitted with approved PR or PCRN are considered approved by the Requisitioner, requesting organization, reviewing organization, Subcontract Technical Representative (STR), and the Requisitioner's manager upon receipt in Procurement.
- This applies to attachments submitted electronically with the PR or PCRN.
Controlled Attachments Approval
- Attachments controlled by other procedures (e.g. SOW documents, specifications, drawings) require approval per the controlling procedure before receipt of the PR/PRCN in Procurement.
- Exception: Central Characterization Program (CCP) and Packaging SOW attachments do not require prior approval.
Contingency Process
- If IFMS is unavailable, Procurement must be contacted for contingency guidance.
- This process is for critical procurements necessary to maintain the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) mission.
- Evaluations will be done on a case-by-case basis.
