Primary Survey
- Patient is a 43-year-old male who experienced high-mechanism trauma and presented with pneumothorax
- Airway (A): patient is able to talk and handle secretions
- Breathing (B): reduced air entry on the right side with an oxygen saturation of 90%
- Circulation (C): BP is 130/79, PR is 114, and intact peripheral pulses
- Disability (D): GCS is 15/15, pupils are reacting bilaterally
- Exposure (E): no obvious deformity
Intervention
- Chest tube inserted on the right side
- IV cannula in the left hand with a gauge of 20
- Foley catheter of 16fr
Diagnostic Results
- CT scan reveals right pneumothorax, pulmonary contusions, and fractures of the right first, left first, and left second ribs

- Esomeprazole: 40mg
