- Prefixes are added to the beginning of words to change their meaning
- Prefixes are written consistently, regardless of pronunciation
- Examples: ob, ot, do, o, pro, pod, nad, za, na
- These prefixes are used in words like discussing, to take away, to reach, to estimate, to read, to sign, to cut, to learn, to draw
Words with "O" in Prefixes
- Write words beginning with "o" in the prefix, then, indicate the prefix
- Examples: Dobiezat, zabrosit, podmes-tit...
Words with "A" in Prefixes
- List words beginning with "a" in the prefix, then, identify the prefix
- Examples: nahodka, ot'yezd, prochitat, Obgon, napomnit, d.plyt, napilnik
