Issuing Permits
- Permits are issued by the Administrative Authority
- The work must conform to the Plumbing Code and other applicable laws and ordinances
- Fees are specified in Section 105

- Approved plans and specifications cannot be altered without authorisation from the Administrative Authority
- A partial permit can be issued when a large or complicated plumbing system is being built

Plans and Specifications
- One set of approved plans is kept by the Administrative Authority
