- Non-saleable areas include parks, playgrounds, community facilities, and circulation systems
Parks and Playgrounds
- Required for projects 1 hectare or more
- Minimum of 3.5% of the total area (20 lots/ha), maximum of 9.0% (65 lots/ha)
- Minimum area of 100 sqm
Community Facilities
- Multi-purpose center required for projects 1 hectare or bigger
