- Small-Scale Mining Contract: a government permit to conduct small-scale mining within a Minahang Bayan.

- Ancestral Land: land occupied, possessed, and utilized by ICCs/IPs since time immemorial.
Eligibility to be a Small-Scale Miner

Obtaining a Small-Scale Mining Contract
- Apply to the Provincial/City Mining Regulatory Board (Board).

Requirements for a Minahang Bayan
