      • Visual Arts: Activities pertaining to the creation, promotion, distribution and preservation of primarily visual works like paintings, drawings, sculptures, etc.
      • Traditional Cultural Expressions: Tangible products and intangible customs, practices and expressions of traditional Filipino culture and heritage, including arts and crafts, gastronomy and culinary practices, cultural festivals and celebrations.
      • Cultural Sites: Physical human-made locations, sites and monuments of vital significance such as historic buildings, town sites, archaeological sites, monumental sculptures or paintings; Includes museums, libraries, creative cities, performing arts venues and cultural exhibitions
      • Other Domains: The council may determine other domains and industries subject to guidelines and criteria.

    Section 4: Creation of the Philippine Creative Industries Development Council

    • Council: Created to spearhead development, promotion of creative industries in the Philippines. It will be composed of 19 members.
      • 10 ex officio members. Secretary of DTI as Chairperson and 9 other government secretaries
      • 9 private sector members representing various creative industries (audiovisual, digital, design etc.)
    • Ex-officio members can appoint alternates for themselves.
    • Every regular member will be appointed by the President from a list submitted by the DTI Secretary.

    Section 5: Creative Workers’ Welfare Standing Committee
