- An individual is composed of three key aspects: Physical, Intellectual, and Emotional
- All three aspects should work in harmony
Physical Aspect

Intellectual Aspect
- The mind guides the physical and emotional aspects

Emotional Aspect
- Emotions are often feared and difficult to manage

- There are five areas of personal development: Physiological, Cognitive, Social, Emotional, and Moral.
