Recruiting Process for Executives
- The hiring manager initiates the job requisition from the Position Org Chart.
- The hiring manager reviews and updates job requisition content, then sends it to the endorser.
- An email notification is sent to HRBF for endorsement.
- HR review and update job requisition content.
- HR clicks "Send to Approver."
- Email notification is sent for job requisition approval.
- The Approver reviews the job requisition content and approves the job requisition.
- An email is sent to the recruiter once the job requisition is approved.
- The recruiter posts the job requisition in job postings, providing posting start and end dates.
- Recruiter screen candidate
- Recruiting screen candidates involves reviewing candidate information in the system and updating comments.
- Candidates are moved to 'Recommend or Reject' status.
- An email notification goes to the recruiter to recommend or reject candidates.

EM Team Process
- EM handles pre-employment check updates after receiving the email from the recruiter, triggered by Pegasus.
- Executive security vetting requires the candidate's signed declaration via Spinifax Strato during the "Request Additional Information" stage.
- Once signed, the document is sent to Pegasus and EMSS downloads it to send to the S&I team to begin security vetting.
- The Security Vetting Status is updated in Pegasus post-completion.
- EM manages the work visa process for executive candidates after receiving the email from the recruiter, reaching out to the candidate for necessary documents.
Recruitment by EM Team - RACI
- The recruiter initiates pre-employment checks, while EM is informed.
- EM works on pre-employment checks with Security & Integrity, informing the recruiter.
- The recruiter initiates work visa, while EM is informed.
- EM works on securing the work visa, and the recruiter is informed.
Action: Perform Pre-employment Screening
- The recruiter logs into Pegasus, selects "Recruiting" from the home menu, and chooses the specified job requisition.
- In the "Additional Information Collection" status, the recruiter clicks the candidate's name to see application details.
- The recruiter selects "Pre-employment Screening" for the Candidate Status.
- Select "Initiate Security Vetting" for the Sub-status.
- The recruiter clicks "Save" to update the candidate's status to Initiate Security Vetting.
- System will automatically trigger an email to Recruiter, cc EMSS.
- EMSS shall download the Security Vetting consent from in system and send to S&I team
- To update security vetting status: select "Recruiting" and the candidate summary for the job requisition.
- In "Pre-employment Screening" status, recruiters click the candidate's name to view the application details.
- EMSS updates "Security Vetting Status" to "Pass".
- They click "Save".
- "Background Check Completed" will display.
Action: Work Visa
- The recruiter logs into Pegasus, selects "Recruiting" from the home menu, then the specific job requisition.
- In the "LOA" status, selecting the candidate's name shows their application details.
- Select 'Work Visa' for the 'Candidate Status', and select 'initiate Work Visa' for the sub status.
- Save the changes
- After candidate status is Initiate Work Visa select Contact Candidate to send the work visa email
- Select the "1_ALL_Work Visa to Cand" template.
- Enter preview.
- To complete, EMSS clicks "I'm Done" to send the email to the candidate and includes a copy to EMSS.
- Update the Work Visa Status field.
- When the Work Visa is completed, update the Candidate Status to Work Visa Completed.
- Click "Save" to complete the Work Visa process.
- In the "Ready to Hire" status, selecting the candidate's name shows their application details.
- Select Ready to Hire status, saving as ready to hire.
- Click on Take Action and select Initiate Onboarding
- Recruiters initiate onboarding successfully and the EMSS team receive an email notification.
