Payment Types: Post-Payment and Pre-Payment

Payment in MOVE-IZI

• Payment type is chosen by the customer and allows charging of transactions carried out using the MOVE-IZI account
• Available payment types: Post-payment and Pre-payment

Post-Payment

• Allows charging of transactions carried out during the billing cycle (weekly or monthly)
• Payment is processed seven days after the invoice issuance date
• Payment methods: Direct Debit, Credit Card, Fuel Card, and Cartes Bancaires

Pre-Payment

• Allows automatic charging of transactions through a provisioned current balance account
• Customer can choose to top up the account manually or automatically when the balance falls below a set amount
• Payment methods: Credit Card, iDeal, Sofort, Cartes Bancaires, P24, and GiroPay

Payment Method

• Payment method selected by the customer
• Available payment methods: Card, Fuel Card, or Direct Debit

Payment Mean

• Card or account associated by the customer
• Allows charging of transactions or automatic/manual charging of the account

Class of Vehicle

• Category of vehicle that determines the amount to be paid for transactions
• Two distinct categories: Light Vehicles (≤ 3500 kg) and Heavy Vehicles (> 3500 kg)

Additional Terms

• Minimum top-up: determined by the number of vehicles, taking into account the class of each one
• Contract end date: optional date set by the customer, after which the vehicle is removed from the customer's account
• Password: keyword defined by the customer, allowing access to their reserved area
• Password requirements: 12-24 characters, 1 digit, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and one of the following characters: “!#$%&*”
