Types of Workplace Sexual Harassment
- There are two types of workplace sexual harassment:
- Quid Pro Quo (This for that)
- Hostile Work Environment
- Quid Pro Quo involves a person in authority asking for sexual favors in exchange for job-related benefits, such as promotions.
