- Filariasis, Onchocerciasis, Dracunculosis, and Hymenolepiasis are not transmitted by direct skin penetration.
Malaria Life Cycle
- Sporogony stages of the life cycle of the malarial parasite take place in female anopheles mosquitoes.
- Sporogony does not occur in human blood, liver cells, reticuloendothelial cells, or erythrocytes.
