Paramedic Service at High School Football Games
- Purpose: Provide paramedic coverage at High School Football Games as requested by High School District 211.
Procedure
- The assigned unit will be in service during standby and respond to calls as directed by Response Procedures.
- Personnel must stay in close proximity to their apparatus and ensure the security of their apparatus and equipment.
- Equipment should arrive 15 minutes prior to game time and leave approximately two minutes prior to the end of the game.
- If an ALS incident occurs on site, additional apparatus will respond according to previous Response Procedures.
- If an incident occurs that requires the response of the assigned unit away from the football game standby assignment, the unit will return to the game as soon as possible.
