Chapter 31: Sexual Offenses

Deviate Sexual Intercourse
- Defined as sexual intercourse through the mouth or anus between humans or any sexual intercourse with an animal.
- Includes any slight penetration of genitals or anus with a foreign object, except for legitimate medical or law enforcement purposes.

- Involves using physical, intellectual, moral, emotional, or psychological force, either explicitly or implicitly.
- Includes circumstances leading to death before, during, or after the act.
Mistake as to Age (Section 3102)
- For a child under 14, it's no defense to claim ignorance of the child's age.
- If the crime involves a child above 14, the defendant may prove reasonable belief of the child’s age as a defense.
