Dangerous Left Turn (ORS 811.350)

Involves a vehicle operator intending to turn left at an intersection or into an alley/private road.
Must yield right-of-way to oncoming traffic in the intersection or near enough to present an immediate hazard.

Fail to Use Left Turn Lane (ORS 811.345)

Applies to vehicles turning left from any lane other than a designated left turn lane indicated by traffic control devices.

Illegal U Turn - No Accident/Accident (ORS 811.365)

Occurs when a driver turns to go in the opposite direction in specific scenarios:
- Within an intersection with electrical signal control (unless otherwise posted).
- On a highway within city limits between intersections.
- Where visibility is obstructed from 500 feet in a city or 1,000 feet outside a city.
Class C traffic violation unless it contributes to an accident, then it becomes a Class B violation.

Improper Left Turn (ORS 811.340)

Defined by a driver turning left without following specific protocols:
- Approaching in the extreme left-hand lane lawful for such traffic.
- Making the turn to the left of the intersection center when practicable.
- Leaving the intersection in the extreme left-hand lane lawful for the new roadway.

Improper Right Turn (ORS 811.355)

Involves a driver intending to turn right without staying as close as practicable to the curb or roadway edge both when approaching and during the turn.

Improper Turn @ Stop Light (ORS 811.360)

Allowable actions at intersections with a stopped red signal include:
- Right turn onto a two-way street.
- Right or left turn onto a one-way street in the allowable direction.
Bicyclists/motorcyclists can proceed after stopping and waiting for a full traffic light cycle if not detected.
