• Exploitation includes the exploitation of labour, resources, and the environment.

Cultural Imperialism

• The fourth phase of oppression is cultural imperialism.
• Cultural imperialism includes colonization and the concept of cultural competency.

Powerlessness

• The fifth and final phase of oppression is powerlessness.
