Email Structure
- Structure of Email address:

- Recipient:

- Cc: (Carbon Copy) send the email to the address in the “To” field and to each address listed in the Cc files as well
- Bcc: Blind carbon copy: is a useful way to let others see an email you sent without the main recipient knowing
Email Folders
- Inbox: Stores newly received email messages, the new emails are displayed in bold.
- Sent Items: Stores a copy of each message that is sent.
- Deleted items: Stores messages that you delete.
- Drafts: Saves messages that you want to finish composing or send later.
- Junk E-mail: Stores newly received messages that have been identified as junk email.
