  • The customer's consent is required for the use of their data for sending emails related to the reservation, marketing communications and promotions, and the use of the data for personalised recommendations.
  • The customer's consent can be sent to the customer by SMS or email, or defined manually by the user.
  • It is possible to move an appointment by clicking on the "move" icon at the bottom right of the appointment pop-up, or by clicking on the appointment and then clicking on the "move" icon.
  • To indicate that a customer has completed their appointment, it is necessary to click on the "checkout" button (located at the bottom right of the appointment pop-up), the appointment changes colour from green to grey.
  • In the "Cashier" tab of the UALABUSINESS management tool, it is possible to find a list of all customers present and to view the tickets of the customers.
  • The customer list provides an overview of the services that have been provided to the customers concerned, as well as the ability to create new services, add subscriptions and promotions, discounts or products.
  • It is possible to combine several means of payment for the collection of the same customer.
