Macronutrients
- Macronutrients are the building blocks of a diet providing the body with energy.

Carbohydrates are made up of sugar molecules and are a primary source of fuel for the brain and muscles.
- Simple Carbohydrates consist of one or two sugar molecules, making them quick to digest and absorb. They provide a rapid source of energy but can lead to spikes in blood sugar levels.
