2015 Constitution of Nepal (Part-7: Federal Executive)
- Article 75: Executive Powers say executive powers of Nepal are vested in the Council of Ministers, according to the Constitution and law.
- Nepal may need a new constitution because of the differences in the use of 'Executive Power' in the two constitutions.
