      • LDOs: technically-oriented officers in specific fields, managerial skills required; CWOs are technical specialists in specific fields
      • Eligibility for LDO: US citizen, good moral character, active duty E7-E8 or E6 selectee for E7, 8-16 active service years, or 8-16 TQFS for SELRES, high school graduate/GED, physically qualified, recommends CO.
