- Test: Trunk extension (lumbar spine)
Trunk Extension (Thoracic Spine) Testing
- Patient position: Sitting with feet flat on floor and hands behind back
- Grade 5 (normal) for thoracic extension testing: Patient can extend thoracic spine to 45°
