Repetitive and Nonrepetitive Measurements
- Repetitive measurements are quantities that occur at a regular frequency, e.g. pulse rate (70/min), breathing rate (16/min for men, 20/min for women), and frequencies of electrical signals from the brain.
- Nonrepetitive quantities are movements or functions that do not occur at a regular frequency, e.g. kidney function, food digestion, nerve signals, and eye movement.
Accuracy of Measurement
