    Registration Requirements

    • To qualify for registration, applicants must have an average of 75% or higher and no rating below 50% in any major subjects.
    • Applicants must not have failed in at least 60% of subjects computed.

    Certificate Issuance

    • No certificate shall be issued to applicants below 21 years of age.
    • Certificates shall be signed by all members of the Board and attested by its secretary.

    Grounds for Refusal of Certificate
