Offensive Goods

Booking of Railway Material (RMC)

  • Booking requires specific forwarding note (T-1601).
  • Payment by freight credit notes.
  • RMC credit notes for material/stores.
  • Three copies of RMC credit note: record, booking station, accounts
  • RMC traffic carries charges based on class (LR1, 110).
  • RMC is free of cost & listed in IRCA goods tariff and coaching tariffs; waybill issued.

Military Traffic

  • Military traffic construction/maintenance, sidings, and payment are handled by Railway and Defence.
  • Traffic is assigned priority (A).
