-
Library Users:
- Regular Users: Bonafide students, staff, and faculty of the CvSU Main Campus.
- Extended Users: Bonafide students, staff, faculty, and alumni of all CvSU campuses. These users require an ID, and library resources are for room use only.

Library Rules and Regulations - General Rules:
- Rule 1: Students must wear their valid ID and official uniform; exceptions are Wednesdays and Saturdays for students attending college activities (with a request letter from the Dean).

- Rule 4: Referral letters are issued to faculty and students of CvSU who wish to conduct research in other libraries for a fee of P5.00 per letter.
- Rule 5: Non-CvSU clientele can use the L. Diwa Library every Thursday. Valid IDs from the user's institution/office, along with a referral letter, are required to gain entry, along with a P30.00 fee.
- Rule 6: The library is primarily for serious study and research.
-
Borrowing Rights and Responsibilities:
- Rule 1: Graduate students can borrow a maximum of 5 books, while undergraduates can borrow a maximum of 3.

- Rule 3: Reserved books are for room use only.
- Rule 4: Reference books, periodicals, theses, and dissertations are limited to room use and must be borrowed one at a time.
