LHB Coach Air-Conditioning
- LHB coaches are manufactured by RCF in Kapurthala using technology licensed from ALSTHOM.
- Air-conditioning is micro-processor controlled for comfort.
- Several manufacturers' make RMPU units are used (Sidwal, Fedder Lloyd, Amit Engineering, Lloyd Electric).
- AC systems are roof-mounted.
- The system's functions include ventilation, heating, cooling, dehumidification, and air filtering.

Construction
- AC units are compact, with two units per coach and one per generator car.
